The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.
We upgraded to a deluxe room, but it didn't feel special. the size difference was minimal. The breakfast had limited options, and the juice tasted artificial. the taxi service was overpriced compared to local rates, and the driver's vehicle was not in good condition.

central spot for iconic landmarks and delicious dining options
i loved how close the hotel was to the hagia sophia, just a short walk away, which made it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings, and the nearby restaurants offered fantastic dining experiences with traditional turkish cuisine, creating a truly memorable stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 18decent layoutwalking distancebasic essentialsnoisy environment
The spartan room had a decent enough layout, giving you the basic essentials without any frills, which worked for a simple stopover. Plus, the location offered the convenience of being within walking distance to key sites like the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque, making quick city excursions easy.
The air conditioning didn’t really compete with the heat. it operated at a central level that struggled to keep the room cool, leading to some sweaty nights. Noise from the streets really broke the peace—leaving the balcony door open for air didn’t help with that slight cacophony, which was neither relaxing nor ideal for late-night sleeping. the economy double room felt a bit cramped, with a strange lack of natural light due to the view of adjacent concrete walls, making it feel more like a cave than a cozy retreat.

Had a great stay for 5 nights in a spacious and clean room with all the amenities we needed. The location was awesome, just a few minutes from major attractions, and the breakfast had a variety of options every day that kept my kid happy!

Outstanding location with exceptional staff support
During my stay, I really appreciated the hotel’s central location within walking distance to major sights like the Grand Bazaar and tram access just a minute away. The staff, especially Yunus and Ersin, went above and beyond, providing recommendations that made exploring the area so much easier. The complimentary Turkish breakfast was a delightful spread featuring local flavors that I looked forward to each morning. One downside was that the breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety over a longer stay.

The location is fantastic, very close to the Grand Bazaar and other attractions. The reception staff, especially Ersin, provided exceptional service, even arranging a more affordable airport transfer in advance. The welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home, highlighted by thoughtful touches like a complimentary tea during check-in. Our suite had stunning views of the city and was maintained impeccably.
The bathroom smelled a bit unpleasant during certain times at night.
